Our Owner is clueless keeping the GM hopefully he is fired sooner than later. The guy literally kill teams. Leftwich I could see as an OC but wouldn't want to be the proven ground to see if he can do it or not. I'll pass on that Experiment. The staff that has been hired is probably the best we have had since the early days. Hopefully this staff has the control of the ingredients and not the clueless owner and his son.

It doesn't seem good that we're now talking about someone having to take an L and hire a black coach that they don't like as much as someone else just to appease the media. Give it time. Plenty of black coaches have been successful in the NFL because they got their jobs on merit. It will continue to happen that way. There's no reason to flip out and try to force people into jobs they aren't a fit for.
