12. Pete only cares at this point about his legacy. His succession plan is almost in place now, after recently promoting his son to assistant offensive coordinator, behind-the-scenes with no mention of it other than squeezing it into a larger update on the Seahawks website about coaching changes. There's no way he trade Russell Wilson for anything. At this point you will do anything he can to make Russell happy in hopes of getting him to sign a contract extension and probably moving Waldron into the head coaching position so his son can take over offensive coordinator duties in a couple years

14. I don’t think Wilson is going anywhere this season and the Seahawks will continue to finish last in the NFC West. Pete Carroll will retire after this year and then they will trade Wilson and rebuild but maybe not what they would have gotten this season with such a poor QB draft class coming out. The Seahawks are not known for their great draft moves recently. I mean, they gave up two first rounders for a safety who cannot cover. ?

16. The Seattle front office has always said, “we listen to everything.” It’s on page 1 of the program’s manifesto. There’s a .01% chance of it happening but if someone makes them a Herculean offer, they’ll take it.
