Lionel Messi has yet to return to Barcelona. Reports that the attacker’s father was in contact with the Blaugranas are not true. There has been no contact made between the Messi family and the current management of the Catalan club since 8 August. Messi is not going to leave PSG and wants to play in France until the end of his two-year deal. Relations between Lionel and Barcelona president Joan Laporta are said to be chilly. The chances of Messi returning to Barça this summer are rated as 0.

Barcelona are considering Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah as an alternative to Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland. The Norwegian remains a priority transfer target, but he is in demand among other top clubs, complicating the task for the Catalans. The transfer amounts under consideration would be much lower than Haaland’s: between 60 and 70 million euros for Liverpool, given that he could leave next year for free due to his expiring contract. Barcelona have already received the first positive responses from the player’s entourage, who would welcome a change of scenery.

    plus on that , a couple of years ago Liverpool wanted to sign , Israeli Arab Striker Dabour , who is a Muslim .
    But Salah directly rejected it , as Dabour represent Israel in the National Team's …

  7. Good things take time, i don't know why pSG fans are booing messi. It's football the result of a match can change in blink of an eye. In my eyes messi play style is classical and I am 1000% sure no player in this universe can have this playstyle and can't afford it as well. Barcelona is past and Messi is trying to accustom to PSG play style and I am sure he will succeed and no mbappe , lewa or ronaldo or haaland would be the goat. Messi is the king and the goat of football. Being a goat does not means to score goal always.

  20. there are ignorant fans… who thinks the one who scores the goal are the only heroes of the game…very idiotic…
    ballon d or any sports awards categories should be revised… there are more great players who do not score but provide great plays for the goal scorers it is a shame to have a very myopic view of the game… assist and playmakers should have the same credits as the score itself… so does successful recoveries and successful play stops.
