1. What coach was available that's better than Reich? Wouldn't have fired Frank.

5. I had such high hopes for Carson Wentz when the Eagles drafted him. Sur his injury history was a little concerning but he has so much potential. And for his first two seasons he looked like he might just make it. But his glass body kept betraying him. And now he’s the new Sam Bradford. Sad. He has so much potential.

12. This just proves that they don't pay attention to the Colts organization at all. Jim trusts Reich and Ballard with the organization and he will not fire Frank just because of one mistake. Being an analyst and legitimately thinking Frank was going to be fired just shows that you do zero research on the teams you cover.

    Sounds like Colts throwing shade at Wentz to cover for their poor performance

23. I think this is a classic example of bad things happening to good people. I'd heard all the stories about bad leadership, not accepting tough coaching and all that. Ballard said he told Wentz at one point, "Make the layups," apparently because he was making the easy stuff look hard. In that context, I guess the 27 TDs vs. 7 INTs don't matter. I don't think Frank Reich's job was ever in doubt, but it certainly took some convincing by Ballard and Irsay that Wentz wasn't a good fit after all.

39. On some of the Colts’ biggest wins Wentz had under 100yds passing and was atrocious. The ONLY reason they won those games was because of JT and the defense.
